Is there a Ultimate Leveling Mod for Morrowind?

Does anyone know if there is a mod like OUL for Morrowind that works for OpenMW. I have recently started playing oblivion again and I want to force my self to playthrough Morrowind at least once (I find it difficult to start). This is either to see if it is a thing, whether one or mod mods do it, or a request for it to be a thing (if it is even possible in OMW). If it is not possible what would be required to make it (most likely in LUA)

I don't know what that mod does but there are some choices for levelling mods in openmw .

My personal favorite is Madd Leveler and NCGDMW Lua Edition has a good reputation also.

I'd love to (try to) port Madd Leveler to openmw lua and modernise it, but last time I checked(about a year ago) skil level was still capped at 100 .
