I'm on latest dev build.
When I use fortify magicka potions, after they run out, my magicka returns to hidden negative values, while getMagicka in the console shows it as 0.
I need to rest multiple more hours before it comes back into positive values.
Is this supposed to happen? I don't recall from playing Vanilla.
Negative Magicka still exists.. bug or vanilla behaviour?
