Getting OpenMW away from OpenGL over to Vulkan is going to take some fancy flying. There is a PoC fork here though:

In addition to this, the assets for the game itself need to updated. This is out of scope of OpenMW, as we don't deal in content.
It's not a question of if, more of when. We're all volunteers... so MRs and PRs are welcome.
