It's really easy. You just make a post that doesn't make one of the moderators think you're a spambot, then a moderator will approve it. If you edit it after a moderator approves it, it'll get removed temporarily go back into the moderation queue until a moderator re-approves it. That's why you don't see the huge number of attempted spam posts.

Just deleted a spam reply to this post. It's not hard, people. Just post stuff that isn't spam.

They're not people. They're bots. Originally what later turned out to be a bot opened this thread plausibly asking why posts weren't becoming visible to the public, which isn't an unreasonable thing for a human to ask as sometimes things are stuck in the moderation queue for getting on for a day, so I answered it in case it was a human. They later made another post trying to sell Russian counterfeit viagra, so their account got deleted, so that post's gone now, but the vast majority of bots reply to this thread instead of making a new one now, so it keeps things tidy when moderating the forums (although I did prepare to delete your account on account of it replying to this thread).

It’s super important that you follow the forum’s rules. If you break them, your topic won’t be seen. The forum.openmw.org moderation team will not be able to help you if you break the rules.AnyOldName3 wrote: ↑17 May 2021, 00:32 wordle websiteThey're not people. They're bots.
