No, no quests. Its only an alpha/beta version. You will be able to run around the exteriors and alot of the interiors. We have recently discussed doing something differently for quests and I suggested that we split the quest maker and dialogue role apart so things can be sped up there. So, if you are good at quests or dialogue we need more help.

Here, this picture should help:

There are some quests already in sacred east. The ones I've found seem like simple fetch quests and talk quests, but without playing more I don't know how far they go.

There are certainly larger quests in the first two maps. They weren't bad at all.

I took a path down Map 1 an 2 toward almalexia then back around south and up to Necrom.

Necrom is amazing. Simply amazing.

Morrowind is Morrowind, that's why there are no palm trees :P

Giant mushrooms and Giant crabs, yes. Palm trees and horses, no.

I really cannot understand why they continue to expand the external areas in such gigantic way... The main island of Morrowind becomes soon in the wrong scale. Beside what is the point if there are no quest?

Ugh? The mainland is on the same scale as Vvardenfell. What's wrong with wanting to see the complete province of Morrowind (and other provinces too) ingame?

Everything is a work in progress and quests can only be implemented after exteriors and interiors. But even there I don't see any reason for complaining, as every officially released map has quests already...
