Re: Application to OpenMW
That's true, I never thought of that. Maybe once the code is a little more stable, I might be able to help out with maintenance, etc.

Re: Application to OpenMW
I was at the point where everything compiled, but was seeing errors about heap corruption during loading of Morrowind.esm. I asked around on IRC, but no one had really seen that issue before. I tried to reproduce it with the latest code from git, but that ended up breaking my build and I was back to...

Re: Application to OpenMW
Hey guys, Just wanted to let you know that I'm still interested and committed to completing my task. I've honestly had the worst time trying to get all the different openmw dependencies compiled and linked properly. I'm nearly there again, it just took a while because I can't work on the project eve...

Re: Application to OpenMW
I hadn't tried running openmw.exe directly. The exception was something to do with the Ogre configuration file. I deleted everything the other day and started over, and hope to work on getting everything running this weekend. I've been getting help from this thread: http://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic...

Re: Build fix for Windows
Ace, thanks for all the version info. I downloaded each version and revision that you mentioned. Did you build each of them for Win32 or x64? gus, can you tell me how to use openmw without the launcher? I think a more detailed development environment setup guide would be very useful. I plan on setti...

Re: Build fix for Windows
Hi, Would you be able to post a sort of summary of what libs/dlls/env variables you're using, and their versions/if they were pre-built or you built them yourself? I'm also trying to set up VS 2010 on Win 7 x64, and I've had a rough time playing with cmake, compiling certain libraries from source, e...

Re: Application to OpenMW
Hi everyone, Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to get my development environment set up properly, so I haven't had a chance to work on my first task yet. I've been at it all week but have had no success. I got to the point where I can build openmw, but it throws an unhandled exception when I ...

Re: MW-Subsystem refactoring (Task #107)
Just out of curiosity, does the code re-factoring involve splitting the code base into different Visual Studio projects? I know that separate projects and/or splitting code into separate dlls would allow faster build times because Visual Studio can take advantage of building several projects in para...

Re: OpenMW 0.16.0
The original Morrowind was famous for crash to desktop, maybe we should leave it in there
