Well: 0.24.0!!!

Other than that I would just write: nothing big but scrawl related activity (SRA) Is here again. This time he works on sdl2 so eventually we will be able to ditch OIS and all it’s issues.

And since I had to write this I can as well list few smaller changes:

• Glorf works now on the openCS, starting with the feature 468.
• We have journal open sound now. You can also scroll journal pages with mouse wheel.
